Returns & Exchanges

BAPE accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original BAPE dust bags and shipping box, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping stickers are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
